Enjoy a real pinch of Sylt on the table – with the Robbe & Berking Salt Oyster. Alexandro Pape, chef of the renowned "Hotel & Restaurant Fährhaus Sylt" and founder of Germany’s first sea salt, is the creative mastermind behind the Salt Oyster. Pape’s intention was to create a stylish salt dish for the table which would match the uniqueness and inimitability of his sea salt from the German island Sylt – and an oyster from the tideland around Sylt poseed for this project. Salt is an important ingredient when preparing a meal, not for nothing it was called the white gold in Mediaeval times. For individual refinement the precious condiment is put on the table – perfectly presented in the Sylt Salt Oyster. Robbe & Berking is offering the oyster in 925 Sterling silver or in silver-plated quality with gilding inside. The silver shines and radiates like real mother of pearl and the interior gilding underlines the craftsmanship of the silversmith. The oyster captivates by its naturalness, refines the fine dining culture by its silver shine and is a decorative, practical eyecatcher on every table.

The set consists of: Sylt Salt Oyster, Riva Salt Spoon (150g massive silverplated), Sylt Sea Salt, wooden tray, booklet, gift box.
