Robbe & Berking remains true to its reputation as a trendsetter in the silver market and now draws initials, patterns, coats of arms and much more on knife blades using the latest laser technology
Among the must-haves of the Flensburg-based manufacturer are the Frozen Black knife blades. The Diamond - like Carbon (DLC) coating, an anthracite-black coating from the material class of diamond-like carbons, give the knife blades a very classy technical look in matte black. Using the latest laser technology, Robbe & Berking now makes these blades truly "unique".
What previously only engravers could implement on the silver handles will in the future also be possible on the knife blades: whether initials, coats of arms, texts, silhouettes of houses, yachts or landscapes as well as special patterns - the silversmiths draw everything in detail and sharp on the blade with lasers at the customer's request. A comeback of the hyper-individualized product.
For the market launch, Robbe & Berking presents a blade series inspired by natural marble stone. In three patterns, Martelé, Riva and Belvedere, they are offered as 24-piece menu cutlery in a matching box. Unique as real marble, no two knife blades are alike.
