The specially designed knife blade slides effortlessly through each layer of the dessert without tearing it apart or causing it to lose its shape. The special design and rounded tip of the knife also make it ideal for spreading cream, jam or chocolate onto the individual cake layers, the top or around the edge of the cake.

The gently curved handle and the sculptural drape at the tip of the handle place Navette firmly within the purist, minimalist style of the Art Nouveau period.
